CABINETS |
All sign cabinets are manufactured to your specifications. Either
extruded or skin and frame cabinets are available. Illuminated cabinets
include all wiring, 800ma high-output lamps, ballast and disconnect switch.
All cabinets are manufactured to U/L specifications. U/L labels are
available. Painted finished are available in nearly any color.
Painted cabinets are washed, primed with zinc chromate, and painted with
Matthews two part acrylic polyurethane. |
| EXTRUDED
CABINETS |
| Extruded cabinets are available in 4",
6", 7" and 12" depths. All corners are welded. Two
lift points are included with each cabinet. All extrusion sizes,
except for 4 inch, may be used for single or double faced applications.
Note, 6" and 7" extrusion can accommodate pipes up to 3" schedule 40, 10" up to 4" schedule 40, and 12" up to 6"
schedule 40. Extruded cabinets can be manufactured with radius corners
and in custom shapes. |
| SKIN &
FRAME CABINETS |
| Skin and frame cabinets are available in
any depth and shape. All cabinet frames are welded constructed with
aluminum tubing and skinned with .063 aluminum filler sheet. Cabinets are
fitted with 1/8" thick aluminum retainers up to 3" in width.
Cabinets can be manufactured to accommodate plastic or flex faces |
